Alaska Family Services Presents FREE Pro Se (“do-it-yourself”) Divorce and Custody Clinic

This is a free clinic designed to teach people how to start a divorce or custody case. The attorney teaching the class will lecture on divorce and custody law and will provide forms from the Alaska Court System for filing a case.

The clinic will be held at Alaska Family Services Family Center
403 South Alaska, Palmer, AK 99645.

If you have questions about the clinic, please call AFS at (907) 746-6273 or Alaska Legal Services at (907) 272-9431. This clinic is for people who have not started the process of filing for divorce or custody. It is not for those who are trying to modify custody or visitation.

Please call 746-6273 to reserve a spot. Reservations are not required, but are preferred. If you need child care you must make arrangements by July 23rd. Feel free to bring a lunch.
